Preparation time : 1 hour marination

Cooking time : 30 minutes

servings : 4



Ingredients :


½ kg beef tenderloin,cut into ¾ cubes

6 cloves garlic. Sliced thinly into chips

1 tbsp. garlic, minced

1 can whole mushroom (400 g), discard liquid

1 tbsp. kalamansi Juice

2 tbsp. liquid seasoning

2 tbsp. worcestershire sauce

¼ cup olive oil

     


Procedure :


  1. Place in a mixing bowl the worcestershire sauce, kalamansi juice, soy sauce,and garlic. Add the tenderloin cubes coat well with the mixture . Allow the marinate for at least an hour.

  3. Heat olive oil in a heavy saucepan and fry the garlic chips until golden brown. Remove from saucepan and set aside.

  5. Using the same saucepan, reheat and add the tenderloin cubes and stir fry until done. Add mushroom and continue cooking for another minute. Serve hot.


Note: Tenderloin can be subtituted by rib eye or sirloin.
