![]() Cooking time : 15 minutes Servings : 6-8 Ingredients: 1 kilo beef terderloin, sliced into 1/3 thick steaks 3 tbsp. worcestershire sauce 3 tbsp. liquid seasoning ½ onion, chopped ½ stick salted butter ½ cup red wine 1 tsp ground pepper Procedure: 1. Place the beef tenderloin in a mixing bowl. Pour worcestershire sauce and liquid seasoning. Making sure each piece is well coated. Transfer into a zip-lock plastic bag and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour. 2. Heat frying pan and melt butter. When butter starts to turn brown, introduce meat pieces one at a time spread over the pan. Do not overlap. 3. Fry for 30 seconds on each side or until done to preference. Remove from pan and place in a serving platter. Keep warm. 4. In the same frying pan, add the finely chopped onion and cooked until lightly browned. Pour the remaining marinade and wine into the pan and allow the sizzle until reduced by half. 5. While stirring, make sure to scrape the bottom of the pan with a flat wooden turner. Pour the sauce over the cooked steaks.
