Ingredients :
1 ½ cup macaroni noodles 1 cup steamed chicken, diced 1 ½ cup milk 1 cup cabbage, diced 1 medium carrots, diced 3 cloves garlic, chopped 1 onion,chopped 2 hotdogs, sliced or cube (optional) 2 boiled eggs, sliced (optional) 1 tbsp. oil or 3 tbsp. unsalted butter Salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation:
1. Heat
the butter or oil in a saucepan then sauté the garlic and
onion, cook until translucent
2. Add carrots, hotdogs , cooked chicken and broth and boil for 2 minutes 3. Add the macaroni noodles and wait it to be firm. 4. Add cabbage and cook until half done. 5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
6. Add
milk 7. Boil once then serve hot, topped with sliced egg.
