Ingredients:
2 Cup Flour
1 1/4 Cup Sugar
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 tsp Baking soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 Cup Mango juice
1/2 Cup Vegetable oil
3 Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla
1/2 Cup Mango puree
2 Cup fresh Mango, diced
1 Cup chopped Walnuts
Cooking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13x9x2" pan. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt. In a medium bowl, combine mango juice, vegetable oil, eggs, vanilla, and mango puree. Slowly add mango juice mixture to dry ingredients and mix well. Fold in diced mango and walnuts. Pour into pan and bake for 60-65 minutes.
