Here's a healthy way of cooking kangkong, Savor the garlic and the crunchiness of kangkong.
Ingredients:
2 bundle kangkong (about 1/2 kilo)
1 tablespoon sesame oil
1 medium size onion, chopped
4 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup water
1 tablespoon soy sauce
sesame seed
Preparation:
1.Wash, trim and dry kangkong.
2.In a wok or skillet, heat on sesame oil over medium-high heat.
3.Add chopped onion, minced garlic cloves
4.Stir-fry for a minute or so until the onion begins to turn translucent.
5.Add the kangkong, water and soy sauce.
6.Continue to stir-fry just until the kangkong wilts, about another minute.Do not overcooked.
7.Plate with a garnish of toasted sesame seeds, then served.
