This easy appetizer recipe makes the perfect nibble for tailgate parties or any casual gathering

Procedure :

1. Steam
the wrappers for about 2-3 minutes. Cut the cheese into 1x 1 x 8 cm
(½ x ½ x 3 in) sticks.

2. Brush
the edges of each of each wrapper with water. Wrap each cheese stick
in a wrapper to seal.

3. Heat
the oil in a wok. Fry the wrapped cheese sticks in hot oil in
batches until golden brown. Remove from oil and drain on paper
towels. Serve hot.
