Ingredients: 1/2 kilo sliced ham 2 tablespoons corn oil 2 teaspoon chopped onions 3/4 cup chopped Vienna sausage 3/4 cup chopped bacon 2 tablespoons pickle relish 2 beaten eggs 3 tablespoons all purpose flour 1/4 cup chopped raisins 1 teaspoon Pepper 1 cup brown sugar Preparation: 1. In hot oil, saute onions until transparent. Add sausage and bacon. 2. Turn off the fire, add pickle relish and cook for few minutes. 3. Add egg, all purpose flour and raisins. Sprinkle Pepper and mix well. 4. Fill the slice ham with cooked mixture. Roll and fasten with toothpick. Dredge with brown sugar. 5. Grill or fry until brown.
*MAKES 30 ROLLS
